1. Scope of Responsibilities
Providing leadership and guidance to a single-discipline team of Petrofac craft personnel.
2. Primary Duties- Ensures that the projects are constructed safely and to international standards, schedule, and construction sequence
- Demonstrates a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence and leads by example i.e., leads toolbox talks, actively involved in safety awareness training, etc.
- Knowledgeable in all facets of respective discipline construction methods and techniques, as well as quality control and inspection requirements
- Strong advocate for quality construction installations ensuring right, the first time
- Understands and consistently applies the site work rules
- Implements standardized construction work processes, procedures, manuals and systems
- Displays an open/honest communications style and is approachable
- Inspects the jobsite daily to ensure that the housekeeping standards are met or takes immediate action if the standards are not being met
