- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Commercial Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Contracts, and Commercial Management.
- Strong experience in BOQs, cost planning, budgeting, cost control, and estimating.
- Proven experience managing contract variations, claims, renewals, extensions, amendments, and final accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen, contractual knowledge, and negotiation skills.
- Professional certifications such as RICS, CIOB, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Lead contractual and commercial matters across projects and contracts.
- Manage variations, claims, renewals, disputes, and contract close-out activities.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, budgets, and cost plans.
- Review payments, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to stakeholders and management.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead commercial negotiations with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of commercial matters.
- Drive continuous improvement in contract management and commercial processes.
