Job Summary We are hiring a Land Surveyor with façade project experience to manage setting-out, dimensional checks, alignment, and as-built surveys for curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and aluminium works.
Key Responsibilities- Perform setting-out and survey control for façade installation works.
- Verify slab edges, openings, embeds, brackets, anchors, levels, and grid lines against approved drawings.
- Check façade alignment, plumb, level, verticality, panel positioning, and installation tolerances.
- Prepare survey reports, measurements, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate site discrepancies with Project, QA/QC, consultant, and installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor in façade, curtain wall, glazing, cladding, or aluminium projects.
- Strong knowledge of façade setting-out, brackets, anchors, and dimensional control.
- Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level/Laser Level, AutoCAD, and survey reporting.
- UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
