Project Manager - Villas & Residential Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of villa and residential projects from planning through construction and handover.

• Manage residential projects from design coordination and pre-construction through execution, handover and close-out.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor programme, budget, quality, resources and project deliverables.
• Oversee site progress and ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and agreed timelines.
• Manage client communication, project meetings, reporting and resolution of site/technical issues.
• Proven experience delivering villa, luxury residential and/or residential development projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, finishes and residential project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
