Methods Manager – Civil Infrastructure Projects

We are looking for an experienced Methods Manager with strong expertise in civil infrastructure projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE
.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
.

15–18+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure, EPC, or civil construction projects.

Strong expertise in construction methodologies, method statements, and project execution
.

Proven experience in major infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and structures
.

Experience working with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams
.

Middle East or international project experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and temporary works
.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contractual documents
.

Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
.

Good understanding of HSE, QA/QC, risk management, and construction standards
.

Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
.
