We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Civil Inspector to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. To inspect and monitor marine civil construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

• Inspect marine civil works including quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, revetments, seawalls, marine foundations, pontoons, and coastal protection structures.
• Monitor piling, dredging, reclamation, rock placement, concrete works, and marine structural installations.
• Verify that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved method statements, IFC drawings, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and witness testing of construction materials, concrete, aggregates, steel reinforcement, and marine structures.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
• Review contractors inspection requests and maintain inspection records and reports.
• Identify non-conforming works and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor marine survey activities, bathymetric surveys, dredging levels, and as-built measurements.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Marine Engineers, Contractors, and Client representatives.
• Verify environmental protection measures and compliance with marine environmental regulations.
• Ensure adherence to project HSE requirements and safe marine working practices.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports as required.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Professional certification in marine/coastal engineering is an advantage.
• Knowledge of marine construction methods and inspection procedures.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in civil construction inspection.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience on marine infrastructure projects.
• Experience in ports, harbors, jetties, quay walls, dredging, reclamation, or coastal protection projects.
• Familiarity with international standards, marine construction specifications, and UAE authority requirements is preferred.
