• Lead the site supervision team and oversee day-to-day construction activities across the project.
• Supervise bridge, tunnel, road, utility, and associated infrastructure construction works.
• Verify that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, contractual requirements, and applicable project procedures.
• Coordinate with the contractor, client, Authorities, and other stakeholders to support efficient project execution.
• Monitor contractor progress, programme, resources, and overall construction performance.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, technical submittals, and related project documentation.
• Oversee implementation of QA/QC procedures, inspections, and construction quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical, construction, interface, and coordination issues in a timely manner.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and technical coordination meetings.
• Monitor project quality, HSE compliance, construction progress, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces between civil, structural, utility, road, and other infrastructure works.
• Review completed construction and verify that required testing, inspections, records, and handover activities are completed.
• Provide technical and managerial support to the Project Manager throughout project delivery.

• Bachelor 's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in bridge, tunnel, road, and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in construction site supervision and construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical specifications, QA/QC procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Good understanding of project planning, construction progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• UAE or GCC infrastructure project experience is preferred.

The Senior Resident Engineer will provide site leadership across complex transportation and infrastructure works involving bridges, tunnels, roads, utilities, and associated civil and structural elements. The position requires effective control of construction activities while coordinating technical interfaces between multiple disciplines and stakeholders. The role also supports successful project completion by monitoring contractor performance, resolving construction issues, maintaining quality and HSE requirements, and verifying that testing, inspection, documentation, and handover obligations are fulfilled.
