Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Construction Director to lead construction operations, project delivery, site management, and overall project performance.

• Lead construction planning, site operations, project delivery, and construction management.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, consultants, site teams, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, schedule, safety, and resources.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues, construction risks, delays, and technical challenges.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, authorities, and internal teams.
• Review construction programmes, method statements, technical submissions, and project reports.
• Drive quality, efficiency, and successful project completion.

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction management, project management, or a senior construction role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, contracts, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Relevant certification such as PE, PMP, CCM, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in commercial, residential, infrastructure, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
