Deputy Construction Manager

We are partnering with our client a leading organization in the Oil and Gas sector to appoint a Deputy Construction Manager on a contract basis This is a key role supporting major construction activities where you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest standards You will be a central part of our client s team contributing to critical energy infrastructure in the region and helping drive operational excellence

As Deputy Construction Manager you will support the Construction Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion You will coordinate with subcontractors manage site operations ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and help drive project schedules and budgets Your leadership will be essential in maintaining effective communication among project stakeholders and resolving any issues that arise on site

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
