Key Responsibilities
- Lead estimation activities for Civil Structural and Building projects
- Review tender documents drawings specifications BOQs and scope of work
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Analyse material labour equipment and subcontractor costs
- Obtain and evaluate supplier subcontractor quotations
- Identify project risks exclusions assumptions and potential cost impacts
- Coordinate with Engineering Procurement and Commercial teams
- Support preparation and submission of competitive and accurate tenders
- Review estimates prepared by junior estimators and engineers
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Civil Estimation/Tendering, preferably within EPC or Engineering & Construction.
- Strong experience in Building, Civil and Structural works.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and costing.
- Experience in EPC/Construction projects preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
