Senior Engineer - Construction (AWP)

Lead Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) activities to convert engineering and construction plans into executable work packages and support safe, predictable field delivery.

• Align the path of construction with engineering,procurement, construction and commissioning priorities.
• Define Construction Work Areas and coordinate
  
  Engineering, Construction and Installation Work Packages (EWPs, CWPs and IWPs).
• Prepare and review package scope, drawings,quantities, resources, safety requirements and quality records.
• Maintain constraint registers covering design,materials, access, permits, equipment and predecessor work.
• Coordinate with planners and discipline teams torelease packages only when readiness criteria are met.
• Track package progress, productivity and completion against the construction schedule.
• Use model reviews and constructability discussions to identify interfaces and improve work sequencing.
• Maintain revision control and support package closeout, lessons learned and turnover.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years in EPC construction, including 3+ yearsin AWP or workface planning.
• Practical knowledge of AWP, workface planning and multidisciplinary EPC construction.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, billsof materials and construction schedules.
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools and work packaging or 3D model review applications.
• Strong coordination, problem solving and progress reporting skills.
