Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards during all lifting activities minimizing liability and risks
Minimum diploma in Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in lifting operations and safety practices.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field, providing a solid foundation in lifting and rigging principles.
Possession of relevant certifications such as CPCS, NCCCO, or equivalent, demonstrating competence in lifting operations.
Certification in lifting operations, such as Appointed Person or equivalent, is mandatory to ensure qualified oversight.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in lifting operations within construction or industrial environments.
Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred, showcasing leadership abilities in managing teams during complex lifts.
Experience in construction or heavy industry sectors, where lifting operations are critical to project success.
