Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure work is carried out according to approved structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
• BOQ & Estimation:
  Prepare, review, and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, cost estimates, and budget tracking for projects.
• Project Execution: Manage project timelines, milestones, and resources (labor, materials, and machinery) efficiently.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) guidelines, as well as local municipal regulations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and architects to resolve technical issues and clear roadblocks.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, maintain site logs, and assist in drafting as-built drawings or variation statements.
• Resource & Cost Control: Monitor material consumption, prevent wastage, and assist management in cost-effective execution.

Salary & Benefits:

* AED 3500- 5000 (Based on experience & DM approval status)

* Visa, Medical Insurance, and Company Transportation/Fuel allowance as per UAE Labour Law.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years with SOE CARD of hands-on experience in building construction, estimation, and site management.

  Strong expertise in preparing BOQ, cost estimation, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, and Excel.
• Knowledge: Sound understanding of local building codes, regulations, procurement processes, and site safety protocols.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
