- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities for ICT, ELV, and data center infrastructure systems.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and project specifications.
- Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals before execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports and communicate project updates to the Project Team Leader.
- Identify site issues, technical challenges, and potential risks, and recommend practical solutions.
- Support project planning by monitoring work progress against project milestones and schedules.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to discuss project progress and technical matters.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, testing records, and handover documentation.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and final project handover activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Experience in data center, structured cabling, ICT, or critical infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Strong understanding of site execution, installation practices, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong problem solving, coordination and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and quality control procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under project deadlines.
