- Accurately estimate and cost electrical and instrumentation (E&I) works, including materials, labor, and equipment, to ensure project profitability.
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and specifications, for E&I packages, ensuring competitive and fair pricing.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for E&I services and materials, securing best value and favorable contract terms.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the E&I construction phase, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a significant focus on E&I projects.
- Proven track record in large-scale industrial, oil & gas, or power generation E&I construction projects.
