Procer is recruiting on behalf of his client, a major EPC Civil Infrastructure contractor in the UAE, for an experienced Construction Manager – MEP.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multidisciplinary MEP site execution.
- Manage engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and manpower.
- Coordinate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and ELV works.
- Monitor programme, procurement, progress and site activities.
- Manage QA/QC, inspections, testing & commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure HSE and project quality requirements are met.
- Minimum 10-15 years overall MEP construction experience in Civil Infrastructure, including at least 5 years in a Construction Manager / MEP Construction Manager role
- Strong contractor-side MEP background.
- UAE/GCC project experience minimum 3 years
- Experience on major construction / infrastructure projects.
Only candidates with relevant UAE/GCC MEP construction management experience will be considered.
