- Lead the overall commercial and contracts function across major projects.
- Provide strategic commercial advice to senior management and project teams.
- Oversee contracts, claims, variations, extensions of time and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor project profitability, commercial risks and contractual exposure.
- Lead and develop commercial, contracts and quantity surveying teams.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Review major contractual agreements and provide commercial recommendations.
- Ensure effective commercial governance, reporting and cost control.
- Support dispute resolution and protect the company's contractual position.
- Extensive experience in commercial management within major construction/contracting companies.
- Proven experience at Commercial Director / Head of Commercial / Senior Commercial Manager level.
- Strong background in major building, infrastructure or contracting projects.
- Excellent knowledge of contracts, claims, variations and commercial management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Western candidate preferred.
- Candidates with a salary expectation around AED 50,000–60,000 will be considered.
- Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
