Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi and contribute to major road and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day engineering activities on road and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, quality, resources, and site activities.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Prepare and follow up on RFIs, inspections, technical documentation, and project reports.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards.
• Support project planning, cost control, and timely project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with road construction, utilities, drainage, earthworks, asphalt, and related infrastructure works.
• Experience with UAE construction/contracting projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project specifications, drawings, and construction procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
