We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi and support the execution of road and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and monitor daily site activities for road and infrastructure works.
- Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily productivity.
- Review drawings and coordinate with surveyors and other site disciplines.
- Raise inspection requests and ensure works meet required quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project procedures.
- Support the project team in achieving planned progress and timely completion.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience in road construction, earthworks, drainage, utilities, asphalt, and related infrastructure works.
- UAE road/infrastructure contracting experience is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
