The Summer Helper is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This position supports construction and maintenance activities by assisting site teams with basic labor tasks, material handling, and general site organization. Day-to-day responsibilities may include helping with equipment setup, cleaning and preparing work areas, carrying tools and supplies, and supporting skilled workers under supervision. The Summer Helper may also assist with simple administrative tasks such as recording basic information, reporting observations to supervisors, and following instructions related to safety and site procedures.

The role requires consistent adherence to company safety standards, teamwork with site staff, and a willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks as needed.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
• Basic Research and Writing skills to follow instructions, document simple observations, and support basic reporting tasks.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines, work in outdoor and construction environments, and carry out physical tasks as required.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward learning new tasks and supporting the team.
• Availability to work full time on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates during the summer period.
• Prior exposure to construction or maintenance environments is an advantage but not required; on-the-job guidance will be provided.
