Responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, performance monitoring, and reporting across major construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Monitor budgets, cost performance, progress, and schedule deviations.
- Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation planning.
- Prepare project dashboards and performance reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Track contractual milestones, variations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support quality assurance and HSE compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls, planning, or construction project management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and project management systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PSP, CCE, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
