Senior Quantity Surveyor; Civil

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil for one of our clients with the following details.

• Contract Duration: 24 Months
• Employment Status:
  Single status Resident Onshore

• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil and structural works
• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accurate quantity measurements
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor progress, interim payment applications, and variations
• Prepare and verify progress measurement reports, monthly valuations, and payment certificates
• Manage variation orders, claims, and additional work quantities in accordance with contract requirements
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, planning, procurement, and commercial teams
• Maintain accurate quantity records, cost reports, and supporting documentation

Qualification and Experience

Required:

Minimum Qualification:

Undergraduate Minimum 14+ years of experience in quantity surveying for oil and gas EPC projects.

Strong knowledge of civil, structural, concrete, foundations, earthworks, and infrastructure quantities.

Experience in BOQ preparation, cost control, variations, claims, and subcontractor payments.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant quantity surveying software.

Strong understanding of EPC contracts, project specifications, and measurement standards.
