- Manage and oversee all ground improvement construction activities in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and specialists to ensure efficient execution of works
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
- Review and implement method statements, risk assessments, and construction procedures
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required
- Prepare and submit regular progress and performance reports to senior management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience in ground improvement / geotechnical / heavy civil construction projects
- Hands-on experience with ground improvement techniques such as vibro compaction, stone columns, deep soil mixing, dynamic compaction, or similar methods
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
