Supervisor
, you will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site construction activities, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements. You’ll monitor progress, manage manpower and resources, identify and resolve site issues, and support the timely completion of project milestones in line with project objectives.
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and schedules.
- Coordinate with construction, QC, planning, safety, and subcontractor teams.
- Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and site progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and project requirements.
- Report progress, identify site issues, and support timely project delivery.
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 5+ years of site supervision experience.
- construction experience is mandatory.
- Experience in industrial projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and HSE requirements.
- Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
