Civil Foreman

We are searching for a Civil building foreman that can join right away. The successful candidate will have good powers and be able to guide and oversee the construction employees. The role requires UAE experience in Building and Construction as a Supervisor.

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of the team
• Designate basic and everyday obligations
• Manage and train employees and tradespeople
• Guarantee that workforce and resources are sufficient
• Ensure all safety and security preventive measures and top quality criteria are fulfilled
• Monitor the use of equipment and tools
• Monitor expenses and ensure they remain within the spending plan
• Deal with issues as they arise
• Report on progress to supervisors, designers and others

• Proven experience as a building and construction supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of building and construction procedures, equipment and OSH standards
• Recognition of electric and hydraulic systems
• Capability to review illustrations, plans and designs
• Superb business and leadership abilities
• Capacity to interact and report successfully
• Aptitude in mathematics
• Problem-solving abilities
• Good physical problem and stamina
• Senior high school diploma or diploma in an experienced trade (electrical contractor, woodworker etc.)

Job Kind:
Full Time.

Wage: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month.
