We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer – Wet Utilities to join our infrastructure project team in Abu Dhabi, with experience in wet utilities and infrastructure works
.

• Supervise and monitor the construction of wet utility infrastructure works, including stormwater drainage, sewerage, potable water, irrigation, and associated networks
  .
• Oversee construction activities including pipelines, manholes, catch basins, gullies, culverts, drainage structures, and related works.
• Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and project requirements.
• Review Contractor submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, inspection requests, and other technical documents.
• Monitor site progress, quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Contractor, Authorities, stakeholders, and other disciplines to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Monitor testing and inspection of wet utility networks and ensure all required inspections and approvals are completed.
• Identify technical issues, construction risks, and potential delays and coordinate with the project team to implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate interfaces between wet utilities and other infrastructure elements, including roads, structures, electrical, telecom, landscaping, and other services
  .
• Review site conditions and proposed construction solutions and provide technical recommendations where required.
• Monitor the Contractor’s compliance with approved construction methodologies, ITPs, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Maintain proper records of site inspections, progress, technical issues, RFIs, and construction activities.
• Participate in site meetings, progress meetings, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with the Contractor and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements are properly implemented on site.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in infrastructure and wet utilities construction
  .
• Good knowledge of stormwater, sewerage, potable water, irrigation networks, and associated infrastructure works
  .
• Experience in construction supervision, inspection, quality control, and coordination with Contractors.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and technical submissions.
• Experience working on major infrastructure projects is preferred.
• UAE infrastructure and Authority experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team and manage multiple site activities.
