Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects from inception to handover.

Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and procurement activities to achieve commercial objectives.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Monitor project performance, quality standards, health & safety compliance, and risk management activities.

Maintain strong client relationships, provide progress reporting, and drive timely resolution of project issues.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 15 years of project management experience within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE.

Proven track record of successfully delivering major building or mixed-use developments as a No2 or leading smaller schemes from start to finish ie. min 300 million aed.

A true all round Project Manager with strong delivery skills but also well versed in contract administration, planning, HSE and UAE construction regulations.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with PMP certification preferred.
