Civil Site Engineer

• Supervise and execute Civil site works in accordance with approved drawings project specifications and construction schedules
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety quality and project schedule requirements
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors client representatives and other disciplines to ensure smooth site execution
• Review and interpret engineering drawings technical specifications and approved method statements
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Permit-to-Work PTW requirements nbsp and participate in regular site safety inspections
• Monitor construction progress prepare daily and weekly site reports and provide progress updates to project management
• Manage manpower materials tools and equipment to ensure efficient site execution
• Identify report and resolve site technical issues coordinating with the Engineering and QA QC teams as required
• Liaise with QA QC and client representatives to support inspections approvals and compliance with project quality requirements
• Ensure timely completion of assigned works and support project handover activities

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
  
  Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects
• Experience supervising Civil site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, client representatives, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong understanding of project specifications, construction standards, HSE requirements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and project documentation
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
