Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The desired candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction projects with strong site supervision, coordination, and technical skills.

Candidate can speak English.

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other project team members for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Inspect ongoing works and ensure proper implementation of approved method statements and inspection procedures.
• Review construction drawings and coordinate with the technical team to resolve site discrepancies.
• Monitor work progress and report site issues, delays, and required corrective actions to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate and follow up on inspections, material approvals, and site clearances with the consultant.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain records of work progress, manpower, and site activities.
• Ensure proper coordination between civil, architectural, and MEP works.
• Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned works.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
• Previous experience working in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.
• Can spoke and write English.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site execution procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities, subcontractors, and daily work priorities.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements is an advantage.
