We are seeking an experienced Project Director with aCivil Engineering background to lead the construction and delivery of depotand terminal facilities for a major high-speed rail project in the UAE.

The role requires proven main-contractor leadership ,with accountability for construction execution, commercial performance,programme, quality, safety and handover.

• Leaddelivery from design coordination and mobilisation through construction,commissioning support and final handover.
• Directcivil, structural and building works, including depot workshops,maintenance facilities, operational buildings, yards, utilities and external infrastructure.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, procurement, subcontractors, resources and construction milestones.
• Coordinatecivil interfaces with track, MEP, rail systems, depot equipment and operational requirements.
• Lead client, consultant, JV partner and authority coordination, ensuring timelyapprovals and resolution of delivery issues.
• Overseecontractual obligations, variations, claims, risk mitigation and recoveryprogrammes.
• DriveHSE, quality and team performance across all construction activities.

• Bachelor’sdegree in Civil Engineering .
• Typically 20+ years of construction experience , including 5+ years as Project Director or equivalent on major rail or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrateddelivery of rail depots, maintenance workshops or rail terminalfacilities .
• Strong main-contractor experience , with direct responsibility for budgets,subcontractors and site execution.
• Proven knowledge of civil/structural works, building construction and interfaces with railway systems.
• Strongcontract administration, commercial management and stakeholder leadership skills.
• UAE/GCCexperience preferred; high-speed rail experience is an advantage.
