Commercial Manager

- Manage all commercial and contractual activities across construction projects
- Review contracts variations claims and subcontract agreements
- Monitor project costs budgets cash flow and financial performance
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients consultants and subcontractors
- Identify and manage commercial risks claims and potential cost impacts
- Coordinate with Project Management Procurement Finance and Technical teams
- Prepare commercial reports forecasts and recommendations for management
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements company procedures and UAE regulations
- 15+ years of experience in construction/commercial management.
- Minimum 3 years as a Commercial Manager.
- Currently based in the UAE with strong UAE construction experience.
- Experience with residential, commercial, hospitality, and building projects.
- Strong experience in contracts, claims, variations, cost control, and subcontract management.
- Experienced in commercial negotiations, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Strong coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction contracts and commercial practices.
