Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and stable Project Director to join a leading main contractor in the UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-rise building projects, with responsibility for overseeing multiple construction sites simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with company vision.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams to optimize performance.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts effectively to avoid delays.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
