Site Manager, Civil Engineering
Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial building projects ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
Manage daily site operations including subcontractors manpower materials and equipment
Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications method statements and project schedules
Monitor project progress productivity and resource utilization implementing corrective actions when required
Coordinate with Technical Office QA QC Planning MEP and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations QHSE standards and client requirements
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality safety and adherence to project specifications
Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, including at least 5 years in the UAE managing commercial building projects.
Proven experience in high-end finishing works.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and QHSE standards.
Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
PMP certification is an advantage
