We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Cost Control Manager to lead our Planning & Cost Control team at the head office in Abu Dhabi. This strategic role focuses on accurate cost planning, monitoring project financials, and supporting data-driven decision-making to ensure optimal resource allocation and profitability across our construction projects.

• Develop and manage project budgets based on Work Breakdown Structures and defined cost elements (labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment).
• Track and report on project costs and financial performance against budget.
• Perform variance analysis, identify cost trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support preparation of change orders, EOT claims, and assist in SAP implementation.
• Lead, mentor, and build the capability of the cost control team to improve overall project controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control with major contracting firms.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, project financial reporting, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP and project control software.
  
  PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
