Job Description
Carry out inspection of interior fit-out works on assigned construction sites, ensuring installations comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. Support the site supervision team in monitoring contractor interior works throughout construction.
Responsibilities- Inspect interior fit-out works for compliance with approved drawings and finishes
- Review contractor method statements and material submittals for interior works
- Witness mock-up reviews and material sample approvals
- Identify and record non-conformances, following up on corrective actions with the contractor
- Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists and photographic documentation
- Coordinate with the Resident Engineer and design team on interior technical queries
- Monitor contractor compliance with health and safety requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in interior fit-out inspection on construction sites
- Good knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods, materials and finishes
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and material submittals
- UAE experience mandatory
