Freelance Site Architect (Fit-Out) | Abu Dhabi | 15 November 2026 – 30 March 2027
We’re hiring! Talent Blue Print is recruiting freelancers for a high-profile cultural project in Abu Dhabi. We’re looking for an experienced freelance Site Architect with strong fit-out expertise to take ownership of daily site operations on a fast-paced project from 15 November 2026 to 30 March 2027.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage daily site activities
- Lead site initiation of works and follow up through to completion
- Plan upcoming works and anticipate and resolve site constraints before they cause delays
- Coordinate subcontractors and site resources
- Prepare and issue QA/QC documentation
- Monitor progress against targets and prepare daily progress reports
- Proven ability to issue QA/QC documents
- Solid site coordination experience
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Currently UAE-based and available to start by 15 November 2026
7+ years of experience, with strong fit-out experience
