Civil Engineer – Fit-, Joinery, Procurement & Quantity Surveying

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with experience in interior fit-out, joinery, procurement, and quantity surveying. The successful candidate will be responsible for project cost control, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and supporting the successful execution of fit-out and joinery projects.

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate material procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, and purchase order follow-up.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate material and quantity requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to support project execution.
• Prepare material requests, cost comparisons, and procurement reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
• Experience in procurement, supplier coordination, and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and other relevant engineering software.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
