Job Purpose
Manage works involves the safe handling and installation of artwork in various settings, such as galleries, museum. This includes tasks like packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading artwork, as well as ensuring proper installation and deinstallation, adhering to artist's vision and museum standards, assist with measuring, preparing exhibition spaces, and maintaining inventory.
Safe Handling of ArtworkManage and central team who handle artwork with precision and care to prevent damage, using appropriate techniques and materials during transport, packing, unpacking, and installation.
Installation and DeinstallationManage and control installing and deinstalling artwork, adhering to specific guidelines and ensuring proper mounting, placement, and safety.
Preparation and MeasurementManage and control prep ration of exhibition spaces, measuring display areas, and ensuring artwork fits properly.
Inventory and OrganizationManage, control and maintaining an organized inventory of artworks, assisting with storage solutions, and documenting artwork condition.
Communication and CollaborationWork with curators, artists, and other professionals, requiring strong communication and collaborative skills.
Physical DemandsRequire lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, potentially handling heavy objects.
Required- Experience Minimum of 6 years of experience
