We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Events team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals
. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning artwork for various mediums, managing design projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.

• Create and execute compelling visual designs for print, digital, and outdoor media
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral
• Conceptualize and produce new logos, advertisements, and artworks for projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas and meet communication goals
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure optimal production of design jobs
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions
• Archive and organize all design assets, including photos, logos, and collateral materials
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and event concepts
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and events
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe Flash
• Strong animation and motion graphics skills
• Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
• Excellent project management abilities, including time management and prioritization
• Proven experience in brand development and guideline implementation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in designing for various media, including print, digital, and outdoor advertising
• Knowledge of UAE culture and design preferences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self‑motivated
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design excellence
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Familiarity with current design trends and emerging technologies in the field

This role is based in Abu Dhabi at HQ.
