Chain Reaction is looking for a talented Photographer to join the team.

• Conceptualize, plan, and capture high‑quality photography content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Lead photo shoots from pre‑production to final delivery, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely execution.

• Operate professional photography equipment proficiently to capture visually compelling and dynamic images.
• Apply strong creative direction, composition, and lighting techniques to enhance visual storytelling.

• Edit and retouch images to produce polished, engaging, and brand‑consistent visuals.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and maintain high‑quality output across all deliverables.

• Work closely with creative directors, producers, designers, and content teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Support and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Stay updated on industry trends, photography technologies, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment or technical challenges to maintain a high standard of photo production.

• Preferably a BS degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Digital Media Production, or equivalent experience.
• Work experience as a Photographer and Photo Editor.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an agency, studio, or production environment.
• Experience working with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and editing software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• A creative and innovative thinker who goes above and beyond for the love of art and craft.
• Excellent knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) or equivalent tools.
