We are hiring a talented Real Estate Photographer & Videographer to capture stunning images and videos of our properties and help us showcase them in the best light.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties for sale or rent (villas, apartments, offices).
- Showcase properties in the best light,emphasizing space, features, and design.
- Set up lighting, angles, and backgrounds to enhance visual appeal.
- Edit photos and videos using software suchas Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Create short promotional videos for social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and real estate agents to produce engaging content that drives leads.
- Proven experience in real estatephotography/videography (2–5 years preferred).
- Proficient in using DSLR and mirrorlesscameras, as well as professional video equipment.
- Strong skills in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Solid understanding of lighting, framing,and real estate photography techniques.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous real estate photography/videography work is required.
