We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Event Coordinator to join our team. If you have hands-on experience coordinating events and a strong understanding of AV technology, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and corporate activations
- Manage event timelines, vendors, venues, and logistics
- Coordinate audiovisual (AV) setup including sound systems, LED screens, lighting, and presentation equipment
- Liaise with marketing, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery
- Oversee on-site event execution and troubleshooting
- Proven experience in event coordination or event management
- Hands-on experience with AV systems and technical event setups
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
