They should have a passion for creating and developing delicious desserts, cakes and pastries, along with the ability to think creatively to create new recipes.
The successful applicant must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work independently or as part of a larger team. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage their time effectively while meeting deadlines.
