Coordinator – Content Production and Publishing

Oversee the end-to-end content production lifecycle from ideation and briefing to final delivery and distribution across multiple platforms. Manage content calendars ensuring timely execution of publishing schedules and coordinating with cross-functional teams like marketing, design and legal. Liaise with content creators including writers, editors, designers and videographers to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards and project deadlines. Coordinate the workflow for content localisation and translation, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance for diverse target audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media, Publishing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• 2-4 years of experience in communications coordination, publishing, marketing, media production, higher education, government, or a related environment.
• Experience coordinating with copy editors, designers, content owners, printers, web teams and external suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple approvals, revisions, stakeholders and deadlines across departments.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and project-tracking tools.
• Familiarity with print specifications, digital publishing formats, image/video production workflows, social media requirements, accessibility, proofing and version control.
• Understanding of content-to-design workflows and revision cycles.
• Familiarity with Arabic/English bilingual content production is highly desirable.
