Creative Lead (Graphic Design & Videography)

The Creative Lead is a senior, hands-on creative role within the Marketing and Communications department. This individual serves as the central creative engine responsible for the end-to-end conceptualization, design, and production of all visual and video assets across the organization’s mandates. The role demands a rare hybrid profile, a professional equally accomplished in high-end graphic design and professional videography/video editing who can deliver everything from social media assets and corporate pitch decks to hero-level brand videos.

The Creative Lead will leverage AI-powered design and video creation capabilities to accelerate production, scale output, and maintain consistently high quality standards across all deliverables.

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality static visual assets including social media content, infographics, corporate presentations, pitch decks, and brand collateral.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver professional video content ranging from short-form social videos (30–60 seconds) to long-form hero brand and campaign videos.
• Leverage AI-powered graphic design and video creation capabilities to accelerate production timelines, enhance creative output, and scale asset delivery without compromising quality.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to design and video production to maintain a competitive creative edge.
• Act as the central brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all assets, platforms, and mandates
• Collaborate closely with the Mar Com team to translate strategic briefs, campaign narratives, and complex business concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Manage the creative production pipeline, prioritizing workload across concurrent projects and delivering within tight deadlines.
• Develop and maintain design templates, motion graphics libraries, and reusable creative frameworks to improve departmental efficiency.
• Support the preparation of executive-level presentations and business materials with high-impact visual design.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in graphic design and videography/video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in both disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and professional video production workflows.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools for graphic design and video creation, with the ability to rapidly adapt to emerging technologies as the landscape evolves.
• Strong understanding of brand architecture, visual identity systems, and multi-platform content adaptation.
• Experience producing content for corporate, B2B, or B2G environments; exposure to the technology or healthcare sectors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent understanding of social media platform specifications, video formats, and digital content best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure, manage multiple concurrent projects, and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Video Production, or a related field.
