- Edit, retouch, and enhance images for print, digital, social media, website, reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all photographs meet professional quality standards, including color correction, cropping, exposure adjustment, and image optimization.
- Create visually compelling imagery while maintaining authenticity and consistency with ADDED's brand identity.
- Prepare images in appropriate formats and resolutions for various communication channels.
- Organize, categorize, and maintain a centralized digital photo library.
- Ensure proper tagging, metadata management, and retrieval of photographic assets.
- Maintain updated archives of all official photographs and visual content in accordance with records management requirements.
- Monitor image usage rights, permissions, and compliance with relevant policies.
- Coordinate with photographers covering official events, leadership engagements, conferences, exhibitions, and media activities.
- Review and select the best images for publication and distribution.
- Support media campaigns, press releases, annual reports, corporate publications, and social media initiatives with high-quality visual content.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited images for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all visual materials adhere to ADDED branding and communication standards.
- Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across all communication channels.
- Review visual content for accuracy, professionalism, and suitability before publication.
- Work closely with communications, marketing, media, digital, and design teams to support strategic communication campaigns.
- Liaise with external photographers, agencies, and suppliers when required.
- Provide recommendations on visual content strategies and best practices.
