Senior Video Editor

IP STUDIOS is looking for an experienced Senior Video Editor with strong storytelling instincts, excellent technical skills and hands‑on knowledge of AI workflows.

You should be confident interpreting a brief, proposing an editorial direction and turning raw footage into polished, engaging content. You’ll work across diverse client brands and formats, with the opportunity to contribute to creative direction and shape the final edit.

• Edit brand films, promotional campaigns, corporate videos, interviews, event highlights and social content.
• Propose editorial treatments, select visual references and develop compelling first cuts from briefs, scripts and raw footage.
• Shape each edit through purposeful pacing, music selection, sound design, colour and graphics.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography and compositing elements that align with each brand.
• Produce campaign cutdowns and versions tailored to different platforms, screen formats and durations.
• Handle colour correction, audio cleanup, subtitles and final quality checks.
• Use AI-assisted post-production and generative image or video tools to create or enhance visual elements, maintaining continuity, quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams, manage client revisions and meet agreed deadlines.
• Maintain organised project files, assets, versions and handovers.

• Minimum five years of professional video editing experience, including at least three years within a creative agency or production house.
• A strong portfolio of completed commercial work across multiple clients and formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of After Effects

• Excellent understanding of storytelling, shot selection, pacing, music and sound design.
• Ability to develop an editorial direction and deliver a strong first cut with limited supervision.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted post‑production and generative image or video tools
  , with examples showing how outputs were incorporated into finished work.
• Strong understanding of post‑production workflows, codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios and final delivery specifications.
• Experience managing multiple projects and responding constructively to client feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain creative decisions clearly.

• DaVinci Resolve and advanced colour grading skills.
• Experience editing Arabic and English content.
• Fast‑turnaround event editing.
• Experience maintaining visual and character consistency across AI-generated sequences.
