Senior UI​/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Product team and take ownership of the design experience across our enterprise and internal digital products.

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and problem definition to final design and delivery.
• Conduct user interviews, stakeholder discussions, usability testing, and user research to understand needs and validate solutions.
• Translate insights and requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Use product analytics and user feedback to identify UX opportunities and continuously improve products.
• Build, maintain, and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work with other designers to ensure alignment, consistency, and high design quality across the product portfolio.
• Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and best practices.
• Contribute to improving the team’s UX/UI processes, standards, and design practices.

• 6-8 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably across B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or internal products.

• Strong experience with Figma and Design Systems.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and product analytics.
• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simplify complex business processes and workflows into intuitive user experiences.
