Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Officer
- Customer Service (Emiratized Role) to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues promptly, escalating complex problems as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions using CRM systems
  • Assessing customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborating with teams to improve customer experience
  • Staying updated on products, services, and policies
  • Participating in training to enhance skills
  • Supporting colleagues and sharing best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience with customer service software and CRM systems
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Knowledge of UAE culture and business practices
  • Professionalism in challenging situations
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • UAE national status (Emiratization requirement)
