Position: Guest Service Representative (Arabic & English Speaking) 18J25

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Service Representative who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility.
  • Handle reservations and process guest payments accurately and reliably.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address room issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area at all times.
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with guests in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Update and maintain guest information in the hotel management system.
  • Offer concierge services by suggesting local attractions and restaurants.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service standards.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for this position.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in using computers and hotel management software systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required as a minimum.
